Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot, a children's bed (both upon request) and a highchair. In the outdoor area, guests are invited to have their morning coffees or fresh meals on the private, furnished terrace, surrounded by panoramic mountain views, or to stroll through the lush garden during the colorful sunsets, which is shared with the residents of the lower floor. Nature lovers will enjoy the surrounding Adige valley for its beautiful apple plantations and find many hiking trails in the vicinity of the property. By car, guests can then reach the popular ski areas scattered throughout South Tyrol - Merano 2000, for instance, is about 25 km or a 26-minute drive away. The home owner lives on the ground floor of the villa. Parking spaces are available on the property - after the 2nd car, please request a spot in advance for an extra fee.
